Blades of Grass Landscaping Team Member

We are looking for hard-working, self-motivated, landscape and lawn care team members that want to grow with our company. You must be willing to come to work every day with a mission of professionalism and dedication.

Position: Landscaping and Lawn Care Technician

Employment type: Part-time & Full-Time positions are available. We are a young, energetic company, with a great culture and plenty of room for professional growth.

Compensation: Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule. Pay Range: $18-$30 per hour depending on bonus distributions. Efficiency Performance Bonus, evaluated daily and distributed with paycheck (Program is called ā€œP4Pā€). Quarterly Company Profit Sharing Distribution as well. 2 weeks of Paid Time Off.

Typical Schedule and Activities: Spring - Summer - Fall schedule start time is 7am, end of day is determined on efficiency and job hours scheduled (typically finished by 5p). BOG branded transportation and tools are provided. Crew Leaders will coach/guide team members through daily expectations based on the customer job site. Typical landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, weeding, edging, mulching, pruning, leaf pickup, etc. are performed.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a smartphone to utilize BOG CRM scheduling platform.

Requirements:

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Clean Driving Record
  • Must be able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test
  • Smartphone
  • Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor

Experience:

  • Willing to train but previous experience is encouraged

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 ā€“ 40 per week
